王志华,医学博士,副教授,副主任医师,硕士研究生导师。于华中科技大学同济医学院毕业获外科学博士学位(导师叶章群教授),毕业后留附属同济医院泌尿外科从事医疗、科研和教学工作,曾先后于2010年5月参加美国泌尿外科学会AUA住院医师培训项目和2011年3月参加首届中美联合泌尿外科专科医师培训项目,通过系统培训掌握了泌尿系疾病的诊疗理论和作技术。2012年至2013年以访问学者身份在美国西北大学从事泌尿外科临床和科研工作,师从世界泌尿外科医生CATALONA教授(“前列腺PSA之父”),专门研修泌尿系肿瘤的微创手术治疗及晚期肿瘤的综合治疗,特别是在前列腺癌,膀胱癌,肾癌,肾盂及输尿管癌,肾上腺肿瘤等方面的诊治水平已与国际标准化治疗同步。2015年5-6月被医院公派至美国的西部癌症中心-希望城(City of Hope)医疗中心进行严格地机器人辅助腹腔镜微创作培训,并获得机器人作培训证书,在泌尿系肿瘤微创治疗的研究方面有较深造诣。并在微创技术方面进行了改良与创新,国内率先提出C.R.P.C四步法腹腔鏡下前列腺癌治好术,使该术式解剖清晰,出血很少,并发症少,尿控等功能恢復快,并多次通过会议演讲或手术演示的形式予以推广。在膀胱癌手术方面,总结性提出腹腔鏡下“L型盆腔淋巴清扫+四面一体法膀胱全切术”,该术式从微解剖层面将膀胱癌治好术的复杂程序规范化及标准化,达到了 淋巴清扫干净,肿瘤切除有效,出血量很少(平均小于100m1),术后快速康复等目的。在肾肿瘤保留肾单位手术方面,采用“楔型切除+双层缝合”两步法使更多肾肿瘤患者靠谱保肾,快速恢復的效果。 从医多年,对各种泌尿系结石,泌尿系或腹膜后肿瘤,及男科疾病有较丰富的临床诊治经验,能熟练开展微创技术治疗复杂性肾及输尿管结石(经皮肾镜碎石术和输尿管镜碎石术),尤其擅长肾肿瘤、膀胱癌、前列腺癌、肾盂及输尿管癌和肾上腺肿瘤等泌尿系肿瘤的腹腔镜或机器人辅助的微创手术治疗。在中南地区率先开展前列腺PSA筛查,早期诊断并治疗前列腺癌。此外,在前列腺癌,肾癌及膀胱癌的个体化治疗和多专科综合治疗等方面也积累了丰富的临床经验。目前主持自然科学基金及省部级课题共7项,合作参与其他各类课题10余项,发表专业论文40余篇。参编《泌尿外科关键决策》、《膀胱癌尿流改道手术学》、《前列腺癌诊断治疗学》、《泌尿系肿瘤学》等多部专著。 目前担任学术职务:美国泌尿外科学会(AUA)会员,欧洲泌尿外科学会(EUA)会员,世界腔道泌尿外科学会(WCE)会员,世界泌尿肿瘤联盟(WUOF)会员,美国前列腺癌基金会(PCF)会员,中华医学会泌尿外科学分会湖北省青年委员,《现代泌尿生殖肿瘤杂志》主编助理及编委,《汉斯外科学》杂志编委。并担任《Molecular Biology Reports》、《Oncology Letter》、《国际临床报告》、《中华实验外科杂志》、《中华外科杂志》、《肿瘤防治研究》、《临床泌尿外科杂志》等杂志审稿人。 近年发表论文(部分): 1.Wang Zhihua, Zhou Chun, Ye Qing, et al.
