张春影，男，科主任、泌尿外科博士、主任医师、硕士生导师、院特诊医生。在国内始创背神经选择性切断术治疗原发性早泄，擅长前列腺疾病综合治疗，假体植入术、男性不育等。学术地位： 中西医结合学会男科学专业委员会副主任委员中华医学会学泌尿外科分会男科学组委员医师协会男科医师分会委员中华医学会黑龙江省男科学专业委员会前任主任委员中西医结合学会黑龙江省男科学专业委员会主任委员中西医结合学会黑龙江省管理专业委员会常务委员黑龙江省哈尔滨市人口学会副会长黑龙江省医学会医疗事故技术鉴定医生库成员哈尔滨市医学会医疗事故技术鉴定医生库成员中华男科学杂志编委男科学杂志编委论文著作和奖励：从事泌尿外科、男科20余年，能熟练掌握经尿道前列腺、膀胱肿瘤电切术；参加二次微创泌尿外科学习班和实物、动物训练，熟悉腹腔镜在泌尿外科的应用。曾在北京大学泌尿外科研究所进修学习男科学和美国匹兹堡大学医疗中心（UPMC）和加利福尼亚大学旧金山分校医疗中心（UCSF）学习男科学和肾脏移植。率先在开展了背神经选择性切断术治疗原发性早泄，确切，受到患者和配偶的称赞 ，在2005年、2007年中华医学会第六、八次男科学学术会议上作大会专题发言，得到了同行的认同 ，并应邀在“男科医师论坛”上作专题讲座。还应邀到新疆佳音男科医院、上海市男科学研究所、北京中医科学院西苑医院、浙江大学医院、南京医科大学附属医院、南昌市男科医院、吉林大学医院、厦门福建医科大学附属中山医院湖里分院等医院进行学术交流和手术演示。在省内首先开展了假体植入术治疗重度勃起功能障碍，男科疾病的规范化诊治，增粗延长术以及矫形术使许多男士恢复了自信；手术配合中药治疗，复发率明显下降；治疗男儿性腺功能低下症（先天性睾丸发育不好），有效。自行设计了勃起功能障碍（ED）问卷调查表和射精功能早泄问卷调查表，男性不育问卷调查表，应用于临床效果好。把性激素、综合分析、染色体检查、睾丸活检和精道造影检查结合起来，对不育症诊断更细致准确。把国际焦虑症评分表和NIH--CPSI评分表应用于慢性前列腺炎的诊断中，综合治疗慢性前列腺炎有效。发表论文40余篇，26篇，省级14篇；论著10部，主编2部、副主编3部、参编6部。获省医药科技进步奖7项、省科技进步奖5项、省医疗新技术奖8项。其中背神经远端选择性切断术治疗原发性早泄的基础研究与临床应用科研成果荣获了2006年度黑龙江省医药卫生科技进步一等奖、2007年度黑龙江省科技进步三等奖；背神经远端选择性切断术荣获2008年度哈尔滨医科大学医疗新技术应用二等奖。I have been engaged in urological surgery and andrology for more than 20 years,and I can expertly grasp TURP and TURBT，be familiar with application of laparoscope in urinary surgery. Furthermore,I first performed elective neurectomy of the distal dorsal nerve of penis to treat primary premature ejaculation in our country which curative effect is certain and are praised by patients and their spouses.I also first carried out implantation of penile prosthesis to cure severe erectile disfunction(ED)，lengthening and thickening of penis and orthopaedics of penis in our province which recover the self-confidence of many men.I have developed the method to treat genital herpes with operation combined the traditional Chinese medicine which decrease its recurrence rate obviously ,and the therapy for boy's genitical gland hypofunction (inborn testicle dysplasia) which effect is significant. In addition,I normalized the diagnosis and treatment of andriatria diseases, designed the ED questionnaire , ejaculation function questionnaire of premature ejaculation(PE) and male sterility schedule table which clinical effect are good. Moreover,I combine sexual hormone examination,semen ysis,chromatin body check,didymus biopsy,seminal duct contrast examination together to diagnose male sterility which increase accurate rate of diagnosis. Besides, I apply the International Score Table of Anxiety Disorders and NIH—CPSI in diagnosis of chronic prostatitis (CP),and the result of combined therapy for CP is notable. I took part in the national urinary surgery training class of minimally invasive management twice,and had been trained with entity and animals.I also received training in andriatria at the Urinary Institute of Bei University ,and learned andriatria and renal transplantation at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center(UPMC) and the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center(UCSF) in America. I gave the special subject utterance at the sixth and eighth vices National Andriatria Academic Conference of Chinese Medical Association (CMA) in 2005 and 2007,which were commend by the same occupations,then I was invited to give the special lecture at Chinese Andriatria Doctors’ Forum.
